This Privacy Policy explains how 1Lync collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the 1Lync app, website, social feed, messaging, AI Studio, voice tools, and outfit try-on features.

Some features use trusted third-party providers for authentication, cloud storage, CDN delivery, AI generation, image analysis, voice generation, voice cloning, moderation, payments, messaging, notifications, and analytics. We send only the data needed to provide the requested feature.

AI outputs can be imperfect. Review generated images, voices, text, or videos before posting or using them commercially.

We may verify your identity before completing deletion or data requests. We may keep limited records for legal, fraud, tax, accounting, safety, or dispute reasons.

1Lync is not intended for children under 13. Because the app includes social, messaging, AI, user-generated content, and purchase features, we recommend use by users aged 16 and above unless a parent or guardian allows and supervises use where legally required.

We use safeguards such as HTTPS, authentication controls, access restrictions, monitoring, and secure storage practices. No system is 100 percent secure, so protect your login details and report suspicious activity.

Your information may be processed in Tanzania and other countries where our hosting, AI, payment, storage, and infrastructure providers operate.
