1Lync Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of the 1Lync app, website, social features, messaging, AI Studio, voice tools, outfit try-on, purchases, and related services.

1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, creating an account, signing in, posting, messaging, generating AI content, buying credits, or otherwise using 1Lync, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use 1Lync.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for your account, login details, device security, and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, business, creator, or brand.
- Guest browsing may be available, but posting, AI generation, messaging, purchases, and protected actions may require login.
- We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or abuse the service.
3. Social content and community rules
You agree not to post illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, harassing, threatening, abusive, infringing, misleading, spam, scam, or impersonation content. Do not upload private information about another person without permission, exploit minors, manipulate engagement, or bypass safety, payment, moderation, or security systems.
We may remove content, limit distribution, disable features, or suspend accounts to protect users, comply with laws, or maintain platform quality.
4. AI Studio, outfit try-on, and generated content
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, low quality, delayed, or different from your prompt or reference images.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before posting, advertising, selling, or using them commercially.
- You must have rights or permission to upload faces, bodies, product photos, outfit references, audio, video, logos, and other materials.
- Do not use AI tools to deceive people, impersonate someone without permission, create harmful deepfakes, or misrepresent products.
- Outfit try-on is a creative visualization tool and does not guarantee exact fit, fabric behavior, body proportions, color, texture, or final product appearance.
5. Voice cloning and audio
- You must only clone or upload a voice that belongs to you or that you have permission to use.
- You may not use voice tools for fraud, impersonation, harassment, scams, political deception, sexual exploitation, or illegal activity.
- Voice outputs may sound imperfect, artificial, too fast, too slow, or different from the speaker.
- We may reject, limit, remove, or disable voice content that violates safety rules or provider rules.
6. Payments, credits, refunds, and subscriptions
- Some features may require credits, paid packages, subscriptions, or usage limits.
- Prices, credit values, package sizes, and feature limits may change over time.
- Credits are for use inside 1Lync and are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
- If an AI generation fails because of a system error, we may retry, restore credits, or provide a fair alternative at our discretion.
- If you buy digital goods inside the Android app, purchases may be subject to Google Play Billing rules.
7. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant 1Lync a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, transmit, modify for technical formatting, and distribute your content as needed to provide the service. 1Lync owns its app design, software, brand, logos, systems, prompts, workflows, and platform technology.
8. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, break, become paid, become unavailable, or be removed. Third-party providers may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Safety and enforcement
We may investigate abuse, remove content, restrict features, revoke credits, block payments, or suspend accounts. We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulators when legally required or necessary to protect people.
10. Disclaimers and liability
1Lync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages caused by use of the app, AI output quality, outages, third-party services, user content, business decisions, or unauthorized account use.
11. Governing law and contact
