Delete your 1Lync account
You can delete your account inside the app from Profile → Settings → Delete account, or request deletion of your 1Lync account and associated personal data using the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the email address linked to your 1Lync account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my 1Lync account.
- Include your username, phone number if used, and confirmation that you want the account deleted.
- Send the request to privacy@1lync.com.
- You can also open the 1Lync app, go to Profile → Settings, and tap Delete account.
What may be deleted
- Your profile, account identifiers, profile photo, bio, and login association.
- Your posts, comments, saved items, voice history, AI generated media history, and upload history where possible.
- Your messages or media where deletion is technically possible and not required for safety, legal, fraud, or dispute reasons.
- Your AI Stylist memory, wardrobe items, generated outfit history, and personalization data where possible.
Data we may keep temporarily
We may retain limited records for legal compliance, tax and accounting, payment disputes, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, backups, or where deletion is not technically immediate. Most verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days after identity verification.
